About the event
A conversation with Jennifer O’Brien, author of The Hospice Doctor’s Widow, about her experiences as a caregiver and now a widow. Jennifer O’Brien, a panelist from Part I of Hospice versus Palliative care will join us to discuss her experiences as the wife of a hospice doctor and then the caregiver of a hospice patient as her husband transitioned into hospice and his death. Her book, which is gleaned from the pages of the journal she wrote in during that experience will guide the discussion and we will be giving away a volume of the book!
